HOTEL POLICIES

We are a hybrid between boutique hotel and vacation rental propertyWe are a self-catering property with no food or beverage programWe are not open to the public and do not have a restaurant or bar on-siteWe do not have an on-site office or staffWe have a manager that works remotely from 8:00am-10:00pmWe have very strict rental policies that must be agreed to at time of bookingWe have a strict cancellation policyWe have a two night stay policy on the weekendsWe offer one-night midweek stays Sunday through Thursday at a higher nightly rate than our standard two-night minimum on the weekendsWe are adult only. Excpetions made on a case by case basis. Please inquireWe allow up to two small dogs or one large dog per rental unitWe have pet policies that must be agreed to at time of bookingWe require a photo ID at time of bookingWe allow up to 2 adults per rental unitWe offer self guided check in and check out procedureWe expect our renters to leave the rental units in the same condition as found at check inWe take a $250 refundable damage deposit at time of booking.
